Quality Policy

The Management of GT Line, in line with its mission and in compliance with the code of conduct according to the organizational model 231, is committed to pursuing a policy of continuous improvement (Quality, Safety, and Environment) to prevent and minimize risks and non-conformities, enhance the quality level of its products and services, and achieve the highest satisfaction of Customers, Employees, and Interested Parties through the following actions:
  1. Analyze the context;
  2. Understand the context by identifying external and internal factors;
  3. Identify stakeholders and engagement methods;
  4. Identify and assess risks, planning improvement actions;
  5. Activate plans to mitigate them;
  6. Pursue the maintenance and improvement of high product/service quality standards, complying with applicable laws and regulations;
  7. Identify and analyze potential inefficiencies in sites and operational processes, establishing specific intervention plans for prevention, elimination, and/or control;
  8. Consider continuous quality improvement as a strategic objective to be consistently pursued through appropriate plans and programs;
  9. Address Quality, Environment, Safety, and Sustainability issues starting from the design phase and supplier selection;
  10. Establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
  11. Achieve all objectives through focused and synchronized actions, also applying the holistic principles of the Theory of Constraints (TOC);
  12. When making economic decisions, consider the needs of interested parties, environmental issues, workplace safety, and respect for social responsibility and sustainability principles;
  13. Ensure compliance with current legislation, environmental regulations, and occupational safety laws;
  14. Continuously improve workplace safety and comfort, implement measures to eliminate hazards, reduce risks, prevent injuries and occupational illnesses, and improve environmental performance.
Management also commits to continuously providing the necessary tools and resources to ensure consultation and participation of workers in decision-making processes and to promote the professional growth of its personnel. To support the Quality Policy, GT Line’s General Management defines: Improvement objectives linked to risk analyses measured through internal KPIs and a Business Plan, which is an output of the Management Review. This plan details the objectives the company intends to achieve based on the review outcomes, expressed in measurable terms, with assigned responsibility for monitoring, the methods applied to achieve them, and timing. The Quality Policy and objectives are reviewed annually by GT Line’s Management to verify their adequacy.
